Royal medical has lived up to every promise they have made. Every person I have delt with have been friendly and made me feel like they appreciate my business.The TRT has changed my life and I have recommended it to friends and anyone who wants to live up to their potential as they get older.

Do not use this company.Any money you may save is not worth it. They have an inept staff handling customer service issues. This company can not seem to get it together. Meds are always late.Had an employee of Royal Medical tell me today, that Wednesday to Wednesday was not a week, because there is a weekend in between. I was shocked by the level of ignorance I was receiving.They try and lean on a 72hr policy when you ask where your meds are. My money was taken at 942am on 9/11. As of the end of the buisness day on 9/16, I had no tracking information.At 733pm on 9/16 I received a tracking number, but that was only due to a label being created. Nothing had shipped.Yes, you read that correctly. They were late, again, at sending out my medication. When I contacted them, they did everything except help. They blamed the pharmacy, and they blamed me.I have given this company my buisness for almost 2 years. As if the conversation yesterday, Im done.I will happily pay more for a competitors service.

Cut my meds off which absolutely no warning at all. Received a email this morning stating they were no longer servicing my state. Didn’t refer me to another medical center or anything . Just cut me loose with zero hep or zero warning. I’ve been on their meds for two years and I don’t know what to do now. Unprofessional to the max . Do not recommend

I love these guys. They saved my life I think. I was always lazy and didnt want to do anything. Found out my testosterone levels were low. This doctors office helped me out. Even started lifting again. Im bigger and stronger then I was when I was 21 lol.

Professional services, direct line of care, available to communicate, affordable, timely delivery. Good product, overall 100% satisfaction. When my primary care physician was not willing to treat me holistically because insurance was not willing to cover HRT. Royal Medical Center took the time to hear my concerns and provided me with an affordable plan of care. I’ve them to be very thorough and easy to work with, my only issue is actually an equipment issue. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and the larger syringes they send me for my testosterone injections are extremely difficult for my hand to operate. It takes me two hands to do it and still it’s difficult. Aside from that, it’s been a great experience.

My experience with RMT has been great so far. I’m on my first month of TRT therapy and I chose this agency over others because of there price and there service. There’s always someone you can get into touch with if you run into any problems. My testosterone levels were extremely low and I did a lot of research before going with this company. Ive been with Royal Medical and on TRT for 3 months now. I lost 20lbs my first month. Along with weight training Im starting to put on major muscle and down 40lbs. I did the homework. Royal gives you everything you need for $195 a month. Other companies say their way cheaper but by the time they charge you for everything you end up paying way more. The people at and experience with Royal Medical Center have been great! Kaiser shot me down despite alarmingly low levels and they got right to work maximizing making me whole after reviewing my bloodwork. There were a couple of things that we adjusted to make sure the approach was right for my body, but during that feeling out process, they were always available and always helpful. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and throughly. Ever since, things have been smooth as can be. I feel GREAT! I cant imagine switching from having RMC as my hormone therapy DRs. They really are as advertised.

Im very happy with Royal Medical Center. From the very beginning they have been great to work with. They have answered all of my questions and have been there anytime I needed them. I highly recommend them.

Overall I have had a great experience. RMC does what they say theyll do. Ive had no issues with them addressing my concerns or answering any questions Ive had. As for how I feel since starting TRT I would say better, but maybe not optimal. I havent been a patient very long either. One thing you need to know is that hormone optimization is complicated and it takes time and everyone is different. Is it worth it? Absolutely, and this is a great place to do it.

Been a patient for almost 2 years. Never had one complaint. If anything the service has gotten better since I started. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs TRT and the pricing is great compared to the local clinics here. You need to do your own injections, but after a little practice it is no problem at all. Admittedly at the start that was my biggest problem. The medications got my levels up in the higher end of the acceptable range and I can tell the difference in how I feel and also how I perform in many areas of my life.

Guys - this is a terrific program! I am 59 years old and have to say the impact this program has had on my physical and mental condition is incredible. Great results while maintaining my health. The doctor reviews my blood work with me to ensure there are no issues that need addressed. So far the only thing elevated is my testosterone. I’ve been a patient of RMC for two years now and could not be happier with my experience. Every provider I looked into with a lower price had tons of hidden fees that would have added up too far more than the predictable flat rate offering of RMC. Staff is very friendly and quick to help with any questions you have. It’s great to see they are expanding into additional health services beyond TRT and can provide a compressive anti aging / wellness regiment. If you getting older and finding it harder to get back into the shape you were once in its 100% worth setting up an initial consultation to see how they might be able to help. Not a fan. I question the potency/quality of their products. I took B12 injections (pharmacy grade) a few years ago I it was great. But this stuff did nothing. A big waste of money & the company did nothing to remedy it other than to say I should try (pay for) a different product,

After noticing changes in my energy levels and recovery in the gym at age 54 I reached out to Royal. Their Patient Coordinator, Eric was very helpful and responsive. Upon gathering all the data and receiving answers to a lot of questions I made a decision to give their treatment a try. I have been a patient for approximately 10 weeks. The positive changes started after two weeks. Began to have more energy and libido was improved. At about six weeks I noticed the plateaus I’d hit in the gym were no longer there. At this point I was sleeping better too. At the ten week mark my lifts are approaching where they were in my late 20’s. My lean body mass is up about 10 lbs while body fat percentage has dropped a couple of points. I’ve emailed a few questions to Eric in this first ten weeks that were responded to in less than an hour. I wish my PCP was this responsive! I highly recommend Royal Men’s Medical Center.

I started with RMC back in August 2021. Not sure what to expect. All the local doctors are here in my town are shy about prescribing TRT. But RMC was very professional and understanding. I had absolutely no problem getting started. Everything was done quickly and very efficiently. I had my entire TRT program in my hands in about 5 days. The only problem I had was with FedEx, not RMC. I have been a client for over 3 years now. HRT is no doubt the best thing that I could be doing for my health. I started at 57, over weight and just had a stent put in my LAD. Great care, responsive, and they are really tuned into optimizing health and not just after the easy button. Staff is amazing. I left for a bit to save money by going to a local endocrinologist, but came right back when I realized the endo wasn’t as tuned in on men’s hormones (they are great for diabetics).

Don’t trust your health to this place. Started their TRT treatment a couple months ago. Never heard from them again until I cancelled with them. Went and had my blood work done and their treatment made it worse. Way worse. Instead of having low T. Now my body isn’t producing any at all. My t level was through the roof and estradiol super low. This place uses a one fits all treatment that simply doesn’t work and they don’t care. Find a more reputable clinic and doctor that will keep up with you and put you on the right treatment.

Im 51 and been on trt for maybe a year and a half. It has been life changing. The most important thing I have ever done. This is a great TRT program! I tried pellets and they just didnt work for me. Royal Mens has a good system of getting you started. With a good program of lab testing and follow up consultations. I shopped around and they have the best price considering all labs are included. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Royal Medical, their staff and especially Marc are incredible. I researched dozens and none compare to Royal Medical, not even close. I am 64, since HRT therapy in January 2019 I have lost 29 pounds, have a six pack and energy through the roof. I won a combat pistol competition in April and Hand to Hand Combat in May at 64 against much younger opponents. Quit running out the clock, Royal Medical will become your best friends and you will never ever look back.

They sent me an Email Ad for a special rate of $125 all inclusive and then when I filled out the form online and it took 15minutes. Shortly after I received the email to send payment for all inclusive $195 which is the standard rate. Really disappointed Feel lied too. No contact back ! Have heard nothing from them .

Dr. Rodriguez is excellent. He looks at my numbers and can tell instantly where I need to be adjusted. All the people I have dealt with are friendly. I have recommended them to my brother and father. People who do not like them must have done something incorrectly and had bad results for not following the Dr.s prescription.

They are terrible, cookie cutter protocol and bad service. I cancelled quickly(because of there bad service) and had to pay the price for it. When I had my consultation with the doctor he really didnt seem to care for any questions and just went off some corny script he has and Flys through it to get it done. After that prescribes me testosterone with an AI infused with it! We just discussed i had low estrogen and there is no way to scale blocking the estrogen at all! So there i am forced to suppress my estrogen because of him. They also lie about how gonadorelin is better then hcg. THEY ARE LYING ABOUT ANY EXCESS TO HCG AND HOW EFFECTIVE GONADORELIN IS. You would literally need to be on an IV of gonadorelin in order for it to work. Why would you trust a company that lies about the excess to that because there pharmacy doesnt have proper licensing? I immediately was locked into a contract with them because you got to start up and lock yourself in first before service. In order for me to cancel I had to pay way more extra for there fees and paying for my out of pocket fees since I was held responsible to pay for the lab fees after canceling. Out of all the TRT clinics and stories Ive heard they are the worst and only care about money.

Ive been impressed by the attention to detail that RMC has provided. The staff is helpful whenever needed and Dr. Rodriguez is always available and shows interest in my wellbeing. I cant say enough about the care given by RMC.

Ive been an athlete all my life and as I got older, I started to look into how to slow my physical decline (Im now 56). Ive been researching the many options for how best to slow the decline I finally decided to give Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) a try. After conduction yet more research I decided to work with Marc at RMMC and could not be happier with my experience so far. I actually started to seriously consider TRT 10 years ago and boy am I glad as the protocol has improved a ton over those 10 years. I recommend this place to all men having problems with moods and sexual complications. Ive been on Testosterone, Sermorelin & HCG for 90 days now, and my blood work results came back amazing. From 241 Test, to 1069. Im in the gym 4 days a week, have lost 6 inches off my waist, added 4 inches to biceps, and 6 inches to my chest. I think the representative was good, but unfortunately, I think other services are better because they include all the pills in the shot

1st problem Medication came in late & expired occassionally. Contributed to testicular atrophy.2nd PA Bill wanted to raise estrogen levels when not indicated. I have the audio recording on file for verification if anyone wants to verify.3rd i had gyno start from elevated estrogen. Asked for help from PA Andrew. Was dismissed. Not treated for gyno. Ordered Estradiol for no reason but to make himself feel better about not treating a high estrogen level that was medically indicated.4th: I had the DR call me up and apolgize for what happened.Nothing will ever change the damage they did to my body.This should be a lawsuit or arbitration!Beware. Bunch of attitude from PA Andrew & no remorse of damaging PTs.I started with 197 estrogen asking for help for my gyno.PA andrew tols me to quit cold turkey. I requested AI to prevent further damage of elevating estrogen. PA Andrew was a bunch of attitude & refused my request for AI anastrazole in pill form.I went 6 weeks without estrogen blocker. Ended up with 6000+ estrogen level at 5wks after. 282 testosterone.Dr. Dago is asking.me to restart testosterone for the safety of my health.This is the biggest failure ever by PA Andrew.Damage is done!I prefer to find a TRT clinic that actually cares about the patient when they CALL FOR HELP!!

My numbers were below the lowest testosterone number one should have and and also large amounts of Estradiol (basically estrogen) was flooding the system. I was no longer the cocktail combination of good stuff to have a good life. 3 weeks after getting with the program I literally had a barbell fly out of my hands because I misjudged my strength (fortunately no one was in the way of said flying object.) The saying you dont know your own strength was coming true and I can press more than twice of what I used to a couple of months ago. Also I grabbed a wine glass and accidentally crushed it. I know it sounds like a cartoon but it has the virtue of being true. I am no longer wanting to take naps all the time and my sexual organ is larger and more sensitive and able to maintain erections firmer and longer. I understand people need hormone therapy and if your numbers are not low enough your MD cant give you a prescription. What I didnt like was that anastrozole was infused with my testosterone and I didnt know the amount I was taking. If I needed to increase the anastrozole I would have to wait until my supply of testosterone ran out to get a more potent mixture. I also noticed that when they took blood work both follicle and luteinizing hormones were not tested for. I have recently tested those two and because of my HRT those hormones were non-existent. This is exactly why I do not go to these places anymore. You may feel better, but you may also hurt your body elsewhere. Consult with a Urologist, they know more then HRT centers.

These guys are awful. They lie about medications saying the compounding pharmacy only has certain meds, you call the pharmacy and tell you they have everything in stock. These guys buy the meds and resell them to you. Had one employee yell at me cause I told him one of the meds gave me muscle aches. Not to mention their “protocol” is a one size fits all testosterone AI combination. If you request anything else they treat you like garbage. Real crappy medical care.

This program by Dr. Rodriguez is very thorough. You get a yearly physical, blood work, and the right amount of medications to make it successful. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Sure, there are probably cheaper clinics, but look at the totality of what you get. You get what you pay for with Dr. Rodriguez.
