Avoid this location if you want to support your partner by being present. Initially, I was informed that I couldnt accompany my girlfriend until the ultrasound. Upon asking another employee, I learned that my girlfriend could sign a consent form allowing me to be with her. The situation worsened when I insisted on getting the form. An older Caucasian woman in the back asked my girlfriend if she wanted the police to be called. When I requested a refund, I was given a virtually empty green card that lacked the complete phone number needed to obtain my refund for the service.

Horrible experience. Went to get my IUD removed and I was made to feel like there was something wrong with me because she couldn’t find the strings! She didn’t communicate what she was doing before she did it. She made me feel bad for being in pain. I went to another planned parenthood and they found my strings and made me feel so much better! Don’t recommend this location:/

Alright well I finally got in contact with someone which was a success, but she told me the IUD I have lasts for 5 years per recent research & I didnt need an appointment til 2025. When I asked for a source for the updated research she said, Its fda approved so you can google it. So I DID and according to their own website it lasts 3 years...?

The staff at PP Ventura were amazing! This is by far the most attentive visit to a doctors office Ive had in years! The nursing assistant was friendly, relaxed and efficient. She communicated with clarity exactly what I should expect to do with the Nurse Practitioner and walked through the steps of the visit. The Nurse Practitioner was experienced, kind and informative. She let me know about my contraception options and even talked about my those options in regards to my other medical conditions. I had a one-hour appointment and instead of spending it watch the staff type into a computer (like with my other doctors appointments) the staff here actually spent time talking to me and answering my questions while looking me in the eye. I look forward to my future care at PP Venura and hope others choose to go there as well!

TERRIBLE!!! I was a patient here Ralston Ave Ventura and it was AWFUL. Like cattle being marched thru: girls lined up before, after & next to you. Pain was SEVERE yet they kicked me out to hurridly make room for the next. Took me many years to get over the trauma!! Regret, remorse!! 💔😥

I’d only ever gone to to thousand oaks pp until a couple months ago and i’ll just say this planned parenthood disappointed me so much. The first time i came i was told they tried to contact me to let me know my appointment was cancelled but my phone number was not current. Understandable but still annoyed because they also have a valid email which was not contacted. Booked an appointment last week for today and was texted 8 minutes before my appointment that they were rescheduling, which I didn’t see until i left as I was already inside talking to a woman at the front desk who told me since my prescription wasn’t current they would have to reschedule for later today or next week. Not once but TWICE have they wasted my time, gas, and energy just to tell me to reschedule. This would NEVER happen to me at the thousand oaks location and i recommend everyone to go there over the ventura location.

It was a little challenging getting an appointment as they are usually booked, but so glad I came here. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not have to sit in the waiting room long before being seen.

Please change message to Every Child a Wanted Child.. Opponents only care for the fetus. Supporters allow women to plan to have children when they can care for them.

Most unprofessional and uneducated doctors, couldn’t give me a clear answer and made me wait for 4 hours.

They were awesome ! I will be going back to this one thats 30 minutes away instead of the one 5 minutes away from me because they were soo much better. Highly recommend
